Legal

Privacy policy

A small independent website. We gather only what we need to reply to you, and nothing more.

This policy sets out how LinkBuildingGreece.com (“we”) handles personal information when you contact us. The site is run from Athens, Greece. Please send correspondence to hello@linkbuildinggreece.com. Our postal address is Athens Towers, Leoforos Mesogeion 2-4, 21st Floor, Athina 115 27, Greece.

What we collect

Use the contact form and we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. Use the careers form and we receive the name, email, role, city, a URL pointing to your work, and the letter you write. Send a CV to hr@linkbuildinggreece.com, or write to us by email, and we receive whatever you choose to include. This website runs no accounts, no newsletters, and no customer login.

Why we use it

We use that information to read your message and reply to it. Job applications serve one purpose only: running a hiring process. We never sell the information, and we never use it for advertising. Where we do not take on the work, we still keep client correspondence for a short while, so we can pick up the thread if you write again. Unsuccessful applications are held only for as long as it takes to finish that process, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep yours for a future opening. If you are hired, your letter becomes part of ordinary employment records.

Form processing

Formspree processes both the contact form and the careers form. How it handles submissions is set out in Formspree’s own terms and privacy documentation. Please do not send information you would not want a form processor to receive, and do not attach files to the careers form, since a URL is enough.

Hosting and logs

This is a static website. The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL, for security and operations. We do not run any analytics script on these pages.

Cookies

These pages set no marketing cookies. The host or your browser may still store the technical data needed to deliver the files.

How long we keep messages

We keep enquiry emails and form submissions only for as long as we need to handle the conversation and any work that follows, or for as long as we are required to keep records. You can ask us to delete a message you sent, unless a legal reason means we must keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, or to object to how it is used. Write to hello@linkbuildinggreece.com. Anyone in the European Union can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes

Should this policy change, we will update this page. Treat the version shown here as the current one.
