A named desk
The people on the team page plan, pitch, and review every campaign. You will not be a seat in a 200-person ‘delivery centre’.
The desk
A small Athens practice hiring people who actually open the page. Outreach, Greek editorial, and publisher research, not a quota factory dressed up with a careers microsite.
From the editor
We hire people who open the page. Everything else can be taught. If you want a role where the spreadsheet is the work, this is the wrong desk.
The work
Most link-building careers pages sell culture. This one describes the brief. The practice earns editorial mentions on Greek pages. Our Greek backlink database holds 30,000+ websites, and we reach thousands of those desks each month. The people who do that work are named on the team page.
A strong hire here already knows the difference between a pitch and a blast, between a Greek page and a translated one, and between a metric on a domain and a neighbourhood a sceptical editor would actually accept. We will teach you the file. We will not teach you to pretend.
The desk is small by design. Correspondence is email. Hours run Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Athens time. Pay is in euros, settled once we know the role and the city, not printed as a slogan.
How the desk runs
The people on the team page plan, pitch, and review every campaign. You will not be a seat in a 200-person ‘delivery centre’.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Athens time. Remote works when the overlap and the workload are real. Email is the channel.
Pitches go out in the language of the desk we are addressing. Client correspondence is English or Greek as the brief requires. Translation as a workflow is not the job.
Metrics ride along with the URL because we keep the file current, but they never replace opening it. If you want a role where the spreadsheet is the work, this is the wrong desk.

If you do something we need and we have not listed it (campaign coordination, digital PR, Greek SEO), write anyway. Tell us what you do, and send work we can open.
Write anywayUse the form, or email hr@linkbuildinggreece.com with your CV. Send a letter, a URL to work we can open, and the role.
A letter that could have gone to any agency gets treated that way. Specific beats volume. We reply when there is a conversation worth having.
In English or Greek. About pages you have shipped, editors you have written to, and what you would refuse. Not a bank of HR questions.
A pitch, a page review, or a piece of Greek copy: paid, scoped, and close to the real work. We do not ask for a free test.
Questions we hear first
The practice is based in Athens. Remote works for people who can keep Athens hours and already operate in Greek-language markets. If you need a visa sponsored from another continent with no overlap, that is not a fit we can invent.
In euros, for the work, on a Greek contract where that is the right vehicle. Numbers belong in the conversation once we know the role, the city, and the seniority, not as a slogan on this page.
For outreach and writing, yes, native or near-native. For research, enough to read the archive and not miss the neighbourhood. Either way, your client English has to be clean.
Yes. Email your CV to hr@linkbuildinggreece.com, or pick Open desk on the form. Just show us work we can open.
We keep unsuccessful applications only for as long as it takes to finish the process, then delete them, unless you ask us to hold yours for a future opening. Colleagues we hire move onto ordinary employment records. The full detail is on the privacy page.
